Each landlord has different needs and as such our options and pricing strategy have been designed to provide you with great choices at competitive prices.  Whether you are a professional landlord with a large portfolio or becoming a landlord for the first time, it's immaterial, you can choose the services best suited to your circumstance. If you require a different type of tenancy agreement, other than an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, including a tenancy not covered by the Housing Act 1988 or for any House of Multiple Occupation additional fees apply.  This is to cover the additional services, checks, processes and contract preparation that will be required. Terms and conditions apply to all our services and are subject to contract. For such tenancy agreements please consult with our property manager to discuss your specific requirements and get a quote.

 
 
When we act on your behalf, following agreement in writing of our terms of business, and you agree to commence the letting process with a specific tenant or tenants, but then for reasons of your doing do not proceed, you will be liable for the reasonable costs incurred by Harrison Thorn for any work conducted by us to administer the tenancy process. e.g but not exclusive to, creating your contract, EPC, marketing, labour and travel expenses for viewings etc. We are not members of a a client money protection scheme, but follow our strict codes of practice when dealing with client money. Our code of practice are available to all our landlords to provide transparency and we are part of the Property Redress Scheme.
